The Panther Foundation - Who are We?
The Panther Foundation was formed by volunteer residents of the Central York School District. We feel the quality of our teachers and administrators is the best in York County. However, we see many issues in the near future that will drastically affect the quality of our children's education. Population growth is exploding within Central schools and is putting a tremendous strain on the taxpayers of our school system. Mandates by our state and federal government (while at the same time cutting our funds) will create hardships for our students. The Panther Foundation was formed to assist the Board of Education in finding new and unique means of raising revenue for programs and projects outside the current financial budget of the Central York School District. Let us continue the educational excellence within our schools.
